Disaronno Ingredients was established in 2021 through the combination of two leading Italian companies in the artisanal Gelato sector, Montebianco S.p.A. and Prodotti Stella S.p.A.

Since its foundation, the division dedicated to Ice & Bakery semi-finished products has experienced continuous growth, further strengthened by the acquisition of additional leading brands. Today, it has expanded its scope to include complementary tools for gelaterias and distribution, also through the DIStributing Excellence platform.

All Disaronno Ingredients brands are rooted in Italy, where the art of artisanal Gelato first began its journey to worldwide recognition.

Our production is based across three manufacturing plants, all located in Italy: the main ICE production hub in Altavilla Vicentina (VI), a secondary ICE hub in San Giuliano Milanese (MI), and a dedicated bakery facility in Chignolo Po (PV). We operate in more than 100 countries worldwide and are structured to provide dedicated retail support both in Italy and internationally, with direct subsidiaries in Germany, the United States, Spain, France, and Poland.

To support its customers, the company also relies on two dedicated institutes, a Research & Development Institute and a Training Institute.

To further strengthen the commitment to quality across Disaronno Ingredients brands, the Group developed the DIStributing Excellence project, designed to serve clients in the wholesale and cash & carry segments. Through a widespread presence and strong expertise, supported by strategic partners, the project aims to generate high added value across the entire supply chain.
